The hiring process in a leading tech company requires detailed and effective processes in order to allow great candidate and hiring manager experience.
In this role you will take a meaningful part in this mission by:

• Owning the process and transactional tasks, and maintain the hygiene of all requisitions, supporting the lead to hire activities for all profiles on both the CRM and ATS systems.

• Being motivated by structure and order in your work, with a great attention to detail. You will drive compliance in the hiring team while adhering to and educating people on rules and systems.

• Seeking to make the process as efficient and effective as possible across the entire organization as we experience across a broader segment of hiring.
• Being a partner end to end, truly maximizing your process knowledge to enable the Recruiters and Sourcers to engage more actively with the candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Interest in administrative / operation roles
• High attention and desire for details, working in a structured manner
• Ability to track multiple tasks and response in a timely manner
• High level of English- written and spoken
• Great teamwork and ability to build trust
• Knowledge in Excel, ATS, CRM- advantage
• Location- Haifa/ Petach Tikva
• Currently studying Relevant BA/MA with at least 3 semesters left to graduation
• Ability to work 4 days a week / 80 % position, with flexibility during exam period est.
