Job Description

Come join the Latin America Talent Acquisition team. We own attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for Intel in an evolving market and are looking for a Talent Coordinator. The ideal candidate will work as a team and support the hiring process through becoming a process expert, paying attention to details, and delivering their work with high quality and customer orientation.

Administrative and back office activities important for the hiring process will be performed by the Talent Coordinator and include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting activities for all hiring profiles on the Applicant Tracking Systems ATS

  • Auditing requisitions for compliance

  • Supporting pre and post offer processes and or changes

  • Providing support with process documentation

  • Generating employment related contracts

  • Providing offer development support

  • Being a liaison with the Post Offer Support and Onboarding teams


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Must be an active student of, or must possess a Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field

  • 3+ years of experience performing administrative and/or data entry activities at multinational companies.

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Service.

  • Advanced English level.

  • Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MS Office products to manage data and reports and update processes as applicable Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

  • 1+ years' of experience supporting hiring processes in Latin America .

  • 1+ years' experience with Workday Recruitment modules.

  • 1+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Process improvement, Quality.

Work Model for this Role
