The Role:

This position provides quality and professional administrative talent & culture support to the T&C Manager and team for two large hotels at Darwin Airport. 

The hotels have wonderful staff who truly live Accor’s Heartist culture.  This broad role provides support & implementation of the Hotels Human Resources processes.

It will be the Administrator’s responsibility to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames, no two days will be same!

The Candidate:

You will have experience or formal training in Human Resources including working with Australian awards.  Demonstrated understanding with recruitment practices, workplace health and safety, learning and development will be highly regarded.

An exceptional communicator who is flexible, adaptable and thrives in a diverse environment. Ideally you will have worked in hospitality or customer service industries, demonstrating a passion for providing excellent service. Your ability to manage competing and changing priorities will see you succeed in the role.

Below will be some of the responsibilities and expectations:

  • Maintain up to date file of job descriptions for all positions in the hotels
  • Manage the issue of documents on Docusign to ensure employees files contain the correct policies and procedures
  • Maintain a tracking system for all Learning and Development activities required of employees, scheduling courses and tracking attendance
  • Review, check and maintain records of all employees identification and work rights documents
  • Maintain the e-filing system for all Human Resources documents
  • Facilitate the smooth running of Talent & Culture by ensuring adequate supply of materials and equipment including ordering stationary, staff gifts, training materials, Heartist Bienvenue cards, name badges and uniforms
  • Assist and follow up with employee enquires, assist where possible or arrange for response to be provided in a timely manner including IT support on AHAcademie, employee website and Docusign systems as well as requests for employment confirmation letters
  • Assist in compilation of monthly Talent & Culture report
  • Regularly ensure information is communicated to all staff via email, staff bulletin boards and employee website.

 

This is a temporary Casual position for 6 months only.
