Job Description

Are you bubbly, motivated and ready for next step in to HR career? We are looking for an individual with ideally HR experience to join the HR function at Novotel London Wembley. As a Talent and Culture Coordinator, you will undertake a multi-faceted role that encompasses the coordination of Talent and Culture and Training duties at Novotel London Wembley. The role reports directly to Operations Manager. You will be ensuring that all employees have a consistent and exceptional Talent experience.

 

 

Main responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for championing our culture in all people oriented initiatives. You will support the Operations Manager to ensure our teams have the skills, knowledge and behaviour to excel in their role.
  • You will be responsible for the delivery of the employee learning journey, from on boarding and initial training to supporting HODs in the ongoing skills development
  • Coordinate recruitment advertising through Accor jobs, and other channels as necessary
  • You will conduct initial HR screening of candidates and ensures interviews are conducted according to recommended guidelines, consistent screening criteria is used, and appropriate questions are asked
  • Acknowledge all CVs received, prepare all offer letters, contracts, legal documentation and other letters to all potential employees as required
  • Motivate HODs and team members and create a team spirit is an integral part of your daily operating culture in order to create a good working atmosphere within the Hotel.
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and training records according to legal requirements, and offer support to the Executive Management in terms of Payroll, Disciplinary and Grievance, and Absence Management activity.
  • Take responsibility for the VOC and supporting the Executive Team to deliver against the RPS target.
  • Taking accountability for all CRM platforms and update the HODs in terms of their team performance and customer’s needs.

 

 

About you:

You will have an understanding of the hotel operations, and ideally experience of delivering training to operations teams. You will also have: 

  • Friendly, enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, positive approach to all parts of your role
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • High Attention to detail, taking pride in quality of work
  • Strongly self-motivated, and passionate about hospitality
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English
  • Able to prioritise and multi task
