We are seeking a Full Time Talent & Culture Coordinator to join the wonderful team at Darling Harbour. This exciting role includes:

• Assisting with all facets of the day to day operation of the T&C department across Novotel & Ibis Sydney Darling Harbour.
• Providing on-going support to team members on Talent & Culture related matters, policies & procedures.
• Actively drive & participate in engagement activities throughout the Hotels.
• Working closely & being mentored by an experienced profssionals; Talent & Culture Executive and Director of Talent & Culture.
