Talent & Culture Coordinator

Make all sorts of personnel statistic statements or reports directed by superiors, well recording the increase or decrease of staff, and being familiar with the staff salary situation.

Handle all the insurance and Housing Fund issues.

Handle investigation and reimbursement of staff injury and procreation.

Ensure Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures

Ensure information relating to industrial instruments is readily available to all Staff and Managers.
