Job Description

Talent & Culture Coordinator

  • Make all sorts of personnel statistic statements or reports directed by superiors, well recording the increase or decrease of staff, and being familiar with the staff salary situation.

  • Handle all the insurance and Housing Fund issues.

  • Handle investigation and reimbursement of staff injury and procreation.

  • Ensure Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures

  • Ensure information relating to industrial instruments is readily available to all Staff and Managers.
