Coordinator
You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your various projects.

    Reporting to the Assistant Director, Talent & Culture, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:              
    •    Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service 
    •    Take lead on the overall management of the Talent & Culture office, including greeting and assisting colleagues, ensuring office supplies are kept up to stock, daily filing of documents, ensuring the timely completion of all administrative requests and duties 
    •    Data input and tracking of information into Talent & Culture Systems (employee action forms, new hire files, status changes, training, benefits, pension, payroll audit trail, etc.)
    •    Assist with the day-to-day recruitment activities within the Talent & Culture department to ensure standards are followed 
    •    Help champion the hotel’s recruitment program and ensure all departments are supported during each phase of the recruitment process
    •    Assist with managing the recruitment budget and coordinating website and social medial advertising 
    •    Conduct interviews with all line level candidates 
    •    Participate in the Heartist Committee as it relates to recognition, training, and augmenting the service culture 
    •    Drive new and exciting culture programs to recognize colleagues and leaders throughout the hotel on a monthly basis
    •    Assist in coordinating all colleague related activities and events 
    •    Follow and implement all Company and brand established onboarding procedures which ensure new colleagues feel welcome and all team members are prepared for the new colleagues’ arrival
    •    Coordinate Company and brand specific orientation programs and training programs
    •    Manage all new hire paperwork and files
    •    Other duties as assigned


  • Qualifications:
    •    Previous experience in luxury hotel preferred  
    •    Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required 
    •    University/College degree in a related discipline preferred 
    •    Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills 
    •    Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities 
    •    Highly responsible & reliable 
    •    Ability to work cohesively as part of a team  
     
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
