PPURPOSE OF POSITION

To assist the Director of Talent & Culture in the smooth running of the Talent & Culture function within the hotel with a focus on Recruitment and ensuring best practice is followed at all times.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
•    Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services/features;
•    Assist Heartist with all T&C related queries and question;
•    Provide administrative support to all Heartist;
•    Manage the company Talent Acquisition system ( Create requisition, screen candidates, reject candidates, and closed requisitions);
•    Manage the T&C Job application email; 
•    Advertise vacancies internally and externally;
•    Conduct interview for all Heartist at level 1 to 4;
•    Perform reference checks 
•    Prepare and extend offer letter/employment agreement;
•    Liaise with Ministries and other government entities to resolve issues related to obtaining GOPs:  
a.    Processing new GOPs
b.    Renewal of GOPs
c.    Processing of Task Force GOPs
d.    Promotions and Transfers
e.    Contract Attestation
f.    Cancellation of GOPs
•    Provide weekly recruitment update to respective HOD;
•    Manage new hire process ( Send the Arrival Email, flight booking/Catcoco, Pick Up);
•    Promote and build strong positive relationships and reputation with high public officials and their staff;
•    Keep up to date on government regulations and statutory requirements and determine their impact on the company;
•    Manage and oversee processes relating to Governmental issues concerning employees;
•    Maintain good relationships with counterparts at competing hotels; promote all Raffles properties whenever possible;
•    Process paperwork within a timely manner.  
•    Coordinate government related activities on behalf of the hotel.
•    Assist in organizing and attend Heartist activities.
•    Any other duties within your scope of work as assigned by your manager

•    Ability to interface confidently with high-profile customers and media
•    Extremely detail-oriented with task-mastering abilities


QUALIFICATIONS
•    Diploma in Hotel/Human Resources Management or its equivalent
•    Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher

EXPERIENCE
•    Minimum two years’ experience in government, related to or human resources or public relations.
