Talent & Culture Executive
As Talent & Culture Executive, you will be responsible in directing and overseeing the hiring, training, dismissal processes, administering and monitoring employee relations and benefit programs.You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team.

What you will be doing:

• Organize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support duties
• Serve as a principal source of information for the team
• Listens to staff, acknowledge and record their grievances and take appropriate action to solve them
• Informs Department Heads of deadlines related to: probation, appraisals, disciplinary action
• Visit regularly (at least 4 times a week) the staff accommodations and observe their housing and general living conditions and recommend improvements if necessary
• Arranges/coordinates interview schedules with supervisors’/department heads concerned

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
• Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
