Talent & Culture Executive

The position is responsible to support and management of Talent & Culture in the hotel, this applies to all areas which support AccorHotels philosophy of creating an environment where each and every member of the team is recognized as talent and feels valued for their contribution.

What you will be doing:

·       Ensure that the guest is at the center of everything that Talent & Culture does;

·       Share the vision and strategy of AccorHotels, the brand and the hotel, to all employees;

·       Provide feedback from the guest on the teams’ performance to the team;

·       Coordinate selection and recruitment of Supervisory and Front Line positions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience;

·       Implement retention strategies to fulfil business needs objectives;

·       Implement schemes to reduce / minimize the turnover rate;

·       Deliver / support training for future skill requirements and not just current;

·       Ensure implementation of annual training plan meet business needs;

Your experience and skills include:

·       Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hospitality or Business Management

·       Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources roles, with at least 1 year at Supervisory level, operational experience is desirable.

·       Knowledge of local labor laws and employment law requirements

·       Up-to-date on HR trends and practices in the market.
