Talent & Culture Executive 

Are you ready for a career move and be part of the pre-opening team? We are looking for a new talent to play a vital role in our Talent & Culture department working alongside a fantastic team. 

The day to day: 

• Build strong relationships and provide trustworthy advice to our management team
• Help celebrate the wins and make our team feel valued
• Sourcing key talent to join the hotel when vacancies arise
• Providing advice on policies, procedures, performance management and general terms and conditions of employment
• Ensuring staff files are up to date and meet hotel compliance requirements Chairperson of the Work, Health & Safety Qatar Labour Law and Green committee 

Your experience & skills include: 

• We are looking for a passionate team member with previous experience as a T&C Executive, T&C Coordinator or similar
• Up to date knowledge of Australian employment legislation eg: award, enterprise agreement, national employment standards
• An effective communicator that is able to deliver a clear message to a diverse team
• A creative problem solver
