What is this role?
As a company entirely focused on people our Talent & Culture team are a critical part of delivering exceptional experiences by delivering engagement, recruitment, IR, WHS & work cover and full function generalist HR. This position is a 12-month parental leave contract, working 3 or 4 days per week.

What do I need?
All our team must have the ability to pass a Federal Police Clearance to enable work in the Airport.
Our team members have a genuine love of making others feel welcome, enjoy working as part of a team and want to come to work to have fun. For this role our ideal candidate will have relevant human resources experience, including recruitment, driving employee engagement and successful performance management. Industry experience in hospitality, aviation or tourism is preferred but not essential.
