Talent & Culture Intern 

Through your passion and motivation, you will  sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests.

What will you be doing:

  • The Talent & Culture intern is a hospitality professional interested in learning and growing in the Human Resources field and interested in gaining firsthand experience in HR functions to include Employee relations, HR policy, Workforce planning, Employement law, Recruitemnet, etc.
  • Qualified candidate will learn all local, state and federal legal regulations, labor laws, and identify areas of opportunity in the Talent and Culture department. S/He will assist in attaining T&C goals as assigned and also be a listening ear and a help to all ambassadors as needed or in the absence of T&C management.
  • Additional responsibilities include filing, updating boards, working on projects as assigned, updating social media where necessary.  

Your experience and skills include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and problem solving skills that allow you to manage and maintain professional relationships in the work place.
  • An ability to work under pressure while maintaining a sense of poise and professionalism. 
  • A can-do, positive attitude that enables, empowers and inspires others.
  • An ability to naturally engage with internal guests and show empathy; have genuine care and concern for both the well-being of our Internal guests/ team members.
  • A desire to learn and grow and a fast paced, challenging, exciting environment.
