Job Description
ØExperienced in personnel affairs, payroll and labor law practices,
ØAbility to follow Human Resources processes,
ØTo be able to make Human Resources planning in line with the determined business plan and targets,
ØTo carry out personnel selection and placement, preparation and implementation of orientation programs,
ØTo manage the applications for the qualification, training and development of the personnel,
ØCoordinating internal and external trainings, giving and measuring trainings,
ØWill work in cooperation with the Cluster T&C team,
ØIt will be able to reflect our corporate culture to our employees.
