Co-ordinate the actions of the hotel leaders and team in elements of the Talent Journey
Lead activities which ensure that the hotel has the right talent in the right role
Provide advice to leaders on all employment issues in accordance to the statutory requirements
Provide the leadership team with regular updates on local laws and legislation to ensure compliance
Plan, coordinate and execute internal talent events to ensure talent engagement
Work Experience
Knowledge of local labor laws and employment visa requirements
Up-to-date on HR trends and practices in the market
Strong coach approach leadership style
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of talent
Understand process of talent management
Fluent in Vietnamese and English language
