Hotel Overview: 

Situated in Senayan Square at the South end of Jakarta's Central Business District, Fairmont Jakarta will feature 380 spacious guestrooms and 108 Fairmont branded suites. Additional features and amenities to the urban hotel include a number of lounges and several restaurants featuring a variety of culinary offerings. For corporate events and local galas, the hotel features 3,500 square meters of function space, including a 1,200 square meter ballroom.

Summary of Responsibilities: 
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging services
• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Talent & Culture Department and support the implementation of T&C strategies
• Assit Dir of Talent & Culture in assessing organizational needs, developing aligned human resources solution and implement strategies in the areas of employee relation, compensation and benefit, recognation, administration and colleague wellness
• Promote positive Colleagues relation through an environtment that encourage open and two ways communication, trust, mutual respect and fun
• Assist Departmental Leaders with the development of specific action plans to address issues and concerns identified in Cilleagues feedback
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Indonesian Citizen only
• Previous human resources leadership experience required, preferably in luxury hotel environment
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office application
• Bachelor degree in related field preferred
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all the times
