Talent & Culture Manager

What you will be doing:

• Co-ordinate the actions of the hotel leaders and team in elements of the Talent Journey
• Lead activities which ensure that the hotel has the right talent in the right role
• Provide advice to leaders on all employment issues in accordance to the statutory requirements
• Provide the leadership team with regular updates on local laws and legislation to ensure compliance
• Plan, coordinate and execute internal talent events to ensure talent engagement 

Your experience and skills include:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• IHRM Practicing Certificate
• Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws
• Up-to-date on HR trends and practices in the market
• Strong coach approach leadership style
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of talent
• Understand process of talent management
