What is this role?
Our Talent & Culture team are a critical part of delivering exceptional experiences by driving culture led performance, engagement strategies, recruitment, IR, WHS & work cover and full function generalist HR. This position has 2 direct reports and is a 12 month contract covering a sabbatical period.
This is a rare opportunity to join a successful operation, build your profile and experience and be a key leader as the tourism industry bounces into a strong position. With an experienced and welcoming leadership and support team, this is an excellent step for an experience T&C Manager or someone in an Assistant Manager or Business Partner role looking for a next step forward.
What do I need?
All our team must have the ability to pass a Federal Police Clearance to enable work in the Airport.
Our new team members must have a genuine love of making others feel welcome, enjoying working as part of a team and wanting to come to work to have fun. For this role our ideal candidate will have relevant human resources experience, including leading a small team (2 direct reports) and managing performance management matters.
