What you will be doing:

  • Oversees all activities related to Employee Engagement, Labor Relations, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Administration.
  • Assists in the determination, preparation and accomplishment of goals for Talent & Culture.
  • Assists the Director of Talent & Culture in conducting surveys and in the formulation of policies and practices with regard to wages and salaries and fringe benefits.


Work Experience
  • Graduate of a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience handling a Human Resources Management role.
  • Proficient in Philippine Labor Laws, regulations, industry practices and Collective Bargaining Agreement.
