What you will be doing:

• Recruitment, selection, onboarding & retention
• Working with & supporting leaders achieve in each area of the property
• Training & development 
• Workplace Health & Safety 
• Workers compensation & return to work detail
• Team Engagement 
• Working closely with the General Manager 

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a similiar hands on generalist role to work closely with & support the leadership team 
• Effective communicator
• Achieving in a fast paced environment
• Natural ability to warmly connect with all team members & stakeholders
• Experience with Wage Easy
