Accor’s Luxury Apartment Hub is seeking their next Talent & Culture Manager to join the team. The Hub is comprised of 3 luxury hotels; Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, The Sebel Quay West Suites Sydney and The Sebel Sydney Chatswood, as well as operational teams based in Angel Place.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to each Hotels respective General Manager you will be responsible for leading the Talent & Culture function across the 3 Hotels. In this fast paced role you will be responsible for driving and fostering a positive work environment across all 3 Hotels, and will work closely with our leadership teams to contribute to the ongoing success of each property through your ability to provide support and coaching on people management skills. Supported by a Talent & Culture Executive, you will act as a trusted advisor to deliver a range of operational and strategic Talent & Culture functions across the entire employee life cycle.
WHO ARE YOU?
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in HR leadership roles. You will have strong knowledge and experience working with HR related legislation including the FairWork Act, WorkCover, and modern awards. You will have proven experience successfully leading and coaching leaders through performance management, grievances, and work place investigations.
You thrive in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same, can juggle complex and competing priorities, and are an effective communicator. Most importantly you will have a genuine passion for people and their success, and will have a leadership style which is authentic, inspiring and engaging.
