•Talent & Culture will manage all Talent & Culture related activities and services, including employee relations, colleague events, health & safety, workers compensation, compliance with policies/procedures/laws, compensation, training and recruitment.
•To ensure the successful completion of the part belonging to the T&C department during all audits conducted in the leased hotels.
•To organize communication meetings with staff in hotels and to report, and follow the actions to be taken according to the results.
•Graduated from university,
•3 Years of experience in a similar position,
•Fluent in English
•Excellent in Ms Office programs,
•Strong in communication,
•Manage the GDPR procedure,
•Preferably with Accor experience.
•Management organization and planning competence
