Job Description
  • Review with each department head periodically to ensure that the manpower budget is operationally cost effective and productive.
  • Responsible for the hotel’s credibility as an employer as well as keeping in line with statutory and legislative requirements. 
  • Plan and submit hotel yearly Human Resources Operating and training budget and monthly HR related reports to Management.
  • Responsible for interview and shortlist applications for senior positions. 
  • Maximize training opportunities with cost in line with the hotel’s training Plan & budget. 
  • Manage the salary administration, compensation & benefits to remain competitive & operational viable. Responsible for administrative requirements with local government bodies, all industrial relation issues; collective bargaining with the Union, setting employee disputes & legal issues affecting hotel HR issues, conciliation with the Union/ Ministry or local authorities.
  • Implement the hotel’s policies & procedure for all employees & the regulations stipulated in the Employees Handbook. 
  • Conduct regular Union/Management meetings to disseminate new policy & procedure matters, resolve IR issues, discussion of improvement & productive related issues. 
  • Conduct weekly HR staff meetings to update on the hotel’s development/issues. 
  • Conduct yearly performance appraisal review for HR staff & regular review of career/training opportunities. 
  • Conduct staff orientation, training & grievance handling sessions. 
  • Meet with department heads regularly on HR policy & procedure sessions to minimize IR issues as well as discuss staff career & training opportunities. 
  • Network with industrial colleagues to be updated on salary administration, compensation & benefits. 
  • Responsible for the overall effectiveness or the HRD & achieving the department’s objectives. 
  • Any assignments given by the General Manager or appointed representative.



Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis on human resources management; 
  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR field, and minimum 3 years at the same position; 
  •  Good English communication;
  • High integrity & compliance with policy & processes;
  • Good problem solving, leadership and influencing skills;
  • Good understanding of labor law;
  • Accor’ Heartists are preferable. 
  • National under local contract (Vietnamese candidate only)
