What you will be doing:

• Manage the Talent & Culture Team of Poland and the Baltics (2 talents)
• Provide comprehensive and high quality HR related support for hotels, defined in the Hotel Management Agreements & Franchise Agreements
• Be a reliable, senior business advisor for the managers in the hotels and support office
• Recruitment and selection of Hotel General Managers, monitoring talent pipeline, mobility, L&D needs
  Support hotel openings 
• Rollout and implementation of strategic HR topics both in Hotel Operation and in the Support Office
  
  Your experience and skills include:
• 5 years of experience in HR field, including at least 1-2 years of team leadership role
• Proven track record in HR processes and project management
• Experience in corporate culture
• Hotel related experience is considered as an important advantage
• Good command of English (min. B2), Fluent in Polish
• Openness, willingness to learn new things, share ideas, initiate and support change
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex environment 
• Team player, open-minded, flexible, passionate
• Strong self-, team- and work organization skills
• Accountability, high respect of confidentiality, diplomacy
