What you will be doing:

• Administer, maintain and update records of the flexi-benefit plans for all employees and ensure timely submissions for all claims
• Ensure team member insurance plans are current and the policies for all employee plans are renewed in a timely manner upon expiration of policies
• Be knowledgeable, proficient liaison person for the hotel with all matters relating to team member plans.
• Oversee the administration of all workmen’s compensation and hospital insurance claims, ensuring timely submission of necessary documents.
• Administer team member travel insurance, ensuring all team members are covered during the time of business related to travel
• Prepare the annual Human Resources budget and long range plans in conjunction with the Director of Human Resources and the input of the Assistant Director of Human Resources
• Review all monthly Human Resources expenses and ensure timely and accurate submission of the monthly forecast
• Supervise the accurate preparation of all monthly Human Resources reports and to ensure timely submission to Finance and Corporate Offices
• Administer the team member annual personal performance and personal development plans and to ensure timely submission of results to Corporate office
• Complete regular salary and benefits surveys to ensure that the hotel’s remuneration package remains competitive
• Ensure timely reimbursement of team member medical and hospitalisation claims
• Budget and oversee the proper administration of the hotel’s team member reward and recognition programme
• Conduct training as and when required
• Comply with Hotel and Departmental policies and procedures at all times

Your experience and skills include:

• Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in the role within 5-star hotels of international organizations.

• Must be a native English and Turkish speaker.
• Must have strong Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must have the ability to work semi remote locations.
• Formal presentation skills are a plus.
• Must have a structured approach towards Talent & Culture , with strong interpersonel skills.

• Swissotel Resort, Bodrum Beach lies directly on the waterfront in Turgutreis, approximately 20 km from the centre of Bodrum, a very popular destination as it offers ideal conditions for water sports, culture and Aegean relaxation.
• The main two-storey hotel of Swissotel Resort, Bodrum Beach comprises 66 rooms and suites, with minimum 40 m² per room. This is complimented by 72 serviced residences at 85-348 m².
• The restaurants and bars are places of entertainment, where the ambience runs from formal to casual and dishes are prepared with the best local products.
