Talent & Culture - Team Leader
You will provide general administration support to all Talents including recruitment and selection, on-boarding, employee departures, performance management, learning and development. You will become a key member to assist in the development and implementation of compliance and frameworks which aling with business requirements.

What you will be doing:

• Initiate recruitment and ensure that the vacancy is publish at Career Accor website
• To plan, manage, control, coordinate and participate in personnel activities of all departments.
• To recommend, implement, formulate and execute organization rules, policies & procedures for all talents.
• Preparing payroll and related budgets

Your experience and skills include:

• Having a minimal of 2 (two) years of experience in the Human Resources Department.
• Understand Cambodian Labor Law
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
