1. Prepare the annual recruitment plan according to the existing preparation and business development, personnel needs, coordination and statistics of the project and department's recruitment needs;
2. To establish and improve the company recruitment process and recruitment system;
3. Actively explore a variety of recruitment channels;
4. Perform recruitment, selection, interview, selection and placement;
5. Establish reserve talent selection program and talent reserve mechanism;
6. Conduct the pre-employment test and resume selection work;
7. Responsible for the establishment and management of the company's cadre team construction plan, reserve cadre and special talent pool.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 2+ years relevant working experience;
3. Excellent organizational, critical thinking and problem solving skills;
4. Strong interpersonal communication and bilingual writing skills;
5. Superior multi-culture skills;
6. Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook;
7. Fluency in Mandarin preferred.
