Position Summary:
Bentley is looking for a Talent Development & Learning Design Specialist to join our Talent Advancement (HR) team at our headquarters in Exton, PA. This position reports to the Director of Colleague Learning & Communications and focuses on corporate internal learning for our colleagues. Using instructional design knowledge and experience, the Talent Development & Learning Design Specialist will work and consult with subject matter experts to create clear, innovative, and engaging material that effectively meets the developmental needs and goals of the organization. With a marketing mindset, the Talent Development & Learning Design Specialist will assist with the marketing of the Talent Development & Learning programs and tools. With a learning technical skillset and analytical mindset, this position seeks out and maintains systems enhancements and supports our internal virtual facilitation sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively work with the Talent Development & Learning Program Managers and other business leads throughout the company to identify and analyze learning and development needs and skill development opportunities throughout the organization to produce quality training content that adheres to corporate branding standards and processes
- Develop or curate learning content and programs end-to-end by applying a variety of instructional techniques and a mixture of delivery methods such as instructor-led, OnDemand, blended instruction, simulations and assessments, skill development activities, reference guides
- Maintain existing content and develop new material using a variety of eLearning design tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Captivate, Illustrator, Canva
- Write concise, creative, and effective instruction and communication for learning material and the overall content for the learning and development communications plan
- Manage help ticket support for the team
- Maintain the first level management of LXP system enhancement efforts
- Handle completion reporting requests
- Maintain learning assets library and learning documentation
Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience designing, developing, and managing the production workflow of interactive eLearning and video modules, demonstrations, simulations, surveys, knowledge checks, and assessments
- Experience with a Learning Experience Platform (preferably Degreed) to drive skill development
- Experience with deploying eLearning via a Learning Management System (preferably SuccessFactors) and understanding of SCORM compliance and reporting/tracking
- Strong project management skillset: the ability to track and report, identify risks, and maintain or adjust timelines as needed
- Proficient with Articulate 360, Adobe design software, Camtasia, and Office 365 tools (in particular Excel, Sway, Forms, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of and use in design programs such as Vyond and Adobe Captivate is a plus
- Ability to create scripts and perform voiceovers
- Possess solid interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively in a team environment
- Act as a self-starter with sound judgment and the ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
