Bentley is looking for a passionate Talent Development & Learning Program Manager with an agile “can do” attitude to join our Talent Advancement (HR) team at our headquarters in Exton, PA.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Project manage and lead the facilitation of Bentley’s colleague development programs.
- With a collaborative consulting mindset, provide guidance to, creation, and management of learning programs on a variety of foundational and functional topics that aid in career development and personal growth across the organization at all levels.
- Understand the concepts behind content curation platforms and just in time learning to develop learning content and programs that promote a socially collaborative learning environment.
- Embrace and build a strong understanding of the Bentley culture; apply and embed that understanding into facilitated and managed programs.
- Partner with Talent Advancement (HR) SMEs to further develop/curate content and communications for HR related programs.
- Create programs and communication materials with a marketing mindset and design eye, adhering to branding guidelines.
- Develop metrics to ensure that learning solutions are generating intended outcomes; track and analyze the impact of learning, research and present possible enhancements based on results.
- With a continuous improvement mindset, stay well-informed of best practices and industry trends in talent development.
What You Bring To The Team:
- Minimum 2 - 4 years' experience facilitating and developing continuous learning programs and materials in a deadline-driven setting, preferably within a HR environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Facilitation of established soft skill training programs in a virtual setting required.
- Strong experience in Adobe Connect or other virtual facilitation platform.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills; ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills; leads by example; enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment; values differences, effective at building and maintaining strong trusting relationships; connect to learners in genuine and meaningful ways.
- Excellent project management skills. Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Thrive in a fast-paced working environment and are flexible to shifting and changing priorities.
- Not afraid to roll up sleeves and dive in when change is needed. (Viewed as a time of opportunity!)
- Ability to problem solve through responsible and creative brainstorming. Role requires an ability to execute quickly while keeping the bigger picture in mind always.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Suite (Learn and Jam modules specifically)
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Experience with Articulate 360, Adobe design and editing software a PLUS!
- Act as a self-starter with sound judgment and ability to act independently.
- Able to think outside the typical L&D box (think quick paced but fun nontraditional training environment!)
