Position: Talent Development Manager

Location: Macau

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible to set up and implement the training presentations, talent strategy and execute talent development initiatives and programs in the areas of talent acquisition, engagement, learning & performance management. The incumbent will lead a small team to work closely with business heads to identify talent development needs and create solutions for improving skills and abilities across the Bank.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR training experience gained from multi-national companies; financial sector experience is preferred
• High level of accountability with good communication and collaboration skills and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Proactive, presentable, creative and self-motivated
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
