We’re searching for a dynamic senior consultant to join our global talent development team and help us solve some of our most important challenges, including:
We are looking for someone who will act as a consultant, liaison, and execution expert, supporting a specific organization within TI. They will need to learn the organization, its strategy, priorities, critical roles, and challenges, and partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to craft and execute a talent strategy.

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Organizational Development, Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, Leadership Development, Human Resources or similar with 3+ years of experience
- Semiconductor industry experience preferred
- Experience leading and operating in a global environment
- Experience designing and implementing programs and processes while balancing creativity and pragmatism are essential. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of business drivers and can link development to business success.
