1. Facilitate TD courses, programs and support services to help employees maintain and improve their job knowledge and skills. Select, assign and prepare non-TD facilitators to deliver quality learning solutions as needed.
2. Work with internal & external content experts to select, design, develop, implement and revise a variety of activities and materials for TD courses, programs, products and support services.
3. Using a variety of methods, conduct needs assessment activities to establish learning objectives, establish evaluation strategies, and design components of TD courses, programs and support services that address business needs.
4. Collect, analyze and report learning quality and efficiency data; identify and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.
