Responsibilities:
  • Generate development and learning solutions to solve business challenges and needs partnering closely with business HR and leveraging cross site/regional resources
  • Leading the efforts and executing projects to support assigned organizations/customers around different TD focused areas, including leadership development, bench development, performance management, organization development and learning deployment
  • Work out annual training and development planning and execute in a disciplined way through vendor management, quality assessment and metrics evaluations; always set a higher bar and look for areas of improvements
  • Develop, evaluate and optimize functional policy, process and procedures for operational excellence

Core skills and Competencies:
  • Desired experience and skills include coaching, facilitation, assessment tools, content designing and project management.
  • Experience on bench development and organization development would be a plus
  • Capability to influence, communicate with and build up relations with key stakeholder cross different business, functions and countries
  • Sense of urgency and ownership; strong execution and result-driven;
  • A quick learner

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree and above
  • Great English capability is a must
  • 3-5 HR experience in talent development or HRBP role
  • Experience with high-tech, semiconductor and/or relevant industries is a plus
