We are looking for the best Recruiting Expert to help us create the future of Intel where our diverse talent and culture provide the competitive advantage to help Intel win big.
As a recruiter, you will provide consulting and coaching on talent solutions with Hiring Managers (HM) and act as the single owner for the recruiting process.
You will be also responsible of the efficient process execution and transaction support all stakeholders involved in the hiring procedures in compliance with the Global Talent Acquisition guidelines.
Some of the main tasks include:
Provide talent advisory and process expertise to Hiring Managers.
Consulting and coaching with Hiring Managers on recruiting best-practices.
Align with Sourcing Team and Hiring Managers to present Hiring Managers with a strong talent slate that meets Intel's talent needs.
Provide an excellent HM experience interaction, one that is personal and develops a relationship with the business.
Take ownership of shortlisted candidate relationships, present offers, and successfully disposition candidates back into Pipeline.
Have Business-Industry Acumen.
Knowledge of the internal and external business environment, market trends, competitors, labor market, and general talent availability and be good to translate this to a fact-based recommendation to the hiring team, manager.
Build a strategic relationship with hiring managers, understand their hiring needs, identify challenges in attracting the best candidates, and find solutions on how to improve and accelerate the process of enrolling new employees.
Will be a key point of contact for candidates.
You are expected to become a top partner and consultant to the business in the area of expertise and are expected to establish a reputation as an excellent stakeholder engaged, owner, and ambassador of the business employer brand.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum qualifications:
The candidate must be pursuing or must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or any other related field OR 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
4+ years of experience with talent acquisition processes, Recruiting, consulting, customer support, OR project management
Preferred qualifications:
1+ years of managing Recruiting tools such as Workday, Smashfly and HireScore
High Tech industry sector experience desired

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$200,000.00
