Talent Finding Administrator – Internship
Are you interested in recruitment? Do you want to take the first steps in your path to become a Talent Finder? Do you want to do this while working for a global leader in the localization industry? Then our Talent Finding Administrator internship is for you! You will be working very closely together with our Talent Finding and Talent Management teams to support them in the onboarding and screening of translators for our global clients. This role is based in our Paris office, but you will be supporting teams and onboarding talent across various European markets.
Main duties:
- Process and review applications of freelance translators
- Manage and oversee the testing process of freelance linguists
- Negotiating rates and terms of collaboration with external vendors
- Reporting on vendor recruitment and onboarding
- Liaising with stakeholders to full understand recruitment needs
- Supporting Talent Managers and Talent Finders in the implementation of recruitment plans
- Managing your time effectively

Essential requirements:
- A degree in English language/linguistics or in a discipline related to Recruitment / HR
- Good written/verbal communication
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Flexibility and a can-do attitude
- Ambition and a desire to learn
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent command of the English language, and at least able to speak French.
