Job Description

Recruitment :


  • Staff recruitment and offer proposal for cooperate functions (end to end)

  • Recruiting Operation: reference check, vendor management, contract renew


Cost Owner or Talent & Learning :

  • Cost report and analysis per week

  • Yearly Landing & Budgeting for Talent and learning

  • Monthly estimation and accrual/reverse
  • Monthly pre-checking with FIN team as owner
  • SAP system key user: PO creation and checking with vendor

Database Owner:

  • Recruitment/Learning status maintain and weekly& monthly report

  • Learning and Talent cost status maintenance

  • Talent Pool Report and maintenance

  • Do the analysis and prepare ad-hoc report whenever needed


Project and other Support:

including Yearly Headhunter review, campus recruitment, process improvement etc.

Requirement:


  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3+ years’ HR experience in recruitment & HR data consolidation & analysis
  • Good command of oral and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially at Excel and PowerPoint etc.
