As a Talent, Learning and Development Project Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Partner with Stakeholders/Subject Matter Experts for assigned projects
- Assist with all Talent, Learning and Development related programs as requested (i.e hiring, department requisition management, POR management, interview coordinating and tracking, candidate communications, business process development, training)
- Support Hiring Managers by providing exceptional customer service
- Support a program for FCE strategic workforce planning that will lead to effective and efficient utilization of team members across both sustaining and program efforts for a global organization.
- Maintain Strategic Workforce Planning system and ensure data is current and conduct audits to ensure data accuracy
- Develop and maintain reporting capabilities that provide visibility to resource allocation and bandwidth
- Review resource allocation with people leaders to identify opportunities for assignment and/or areas of over-allocation

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in staffing related functions and project management.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$200,000.00

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
