Job Description

The Talent Management Business Partner is responsible for talent management program delivery and business support to maximize the potential of employees and the achievement of business goals.  

Responsibilities

  • Effectively drive performance management actions to create a high-performance culture
  • Lead the talent review program to assess talent pipeline, work with leaders to understand future talent needs, and plans to develop talent strategy. Support leaders to identify retention risks and create retention strategies
  • Facilitate feedback and assimilation processes. Support future actions to address gaps and future organizational needs
  • Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience and engagement. Proactively use survey and feedback mechanisms to drive improvements
  • Develop strong relationships and engage with leaders to understand business priorities and needs. Proactively address or escalate concerns or gaps.
  • Support change management and organizational development strategies, influence and manage organizational change initiatives in support of business strategies
  • Support Cielo’s learning culture by identifying development needs for employees in collaboration with the L&D team. Participate in and support L&D activity
  • Provide ongoing coaching to managers to help them grow and develop talent, manage performance and build high-performing teams
  • Support our DEI journey globally. Drive discussion and activity in the region to achieve our DEI vision and commitments
  • Monitor business decisions on people and advise senior leadership relating to Cielo's people culture and any potential impact
  • Advise and resolve employee relations issues and interventions to lead to the most effective low risk solution
  • Support reward, recognition and benefit practices in the region as needed. Identify gaps against market trends and provide coaching and advice to business leaders
  • Actively support the principle of a positive, ethical and effective work environment. Address any gaps or potential risks proactively
  • Implement or adapt policies to ensure the business is compliant and policies are fit for purpose
  • Provide data and analysis to the business leadership, share insights and recommendations to address gaps
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop or adapt solutions, programs and policies particularly relating to diversity, engagement, internal promotion and exits
  • Actively support and drive internal communications programs and activity
  • Work with the internal Talent Acquisition team on business resourcing needs
  • Work closely with L&D and talent support teams for collaboration, awareness and decision making
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience:

-        At least 4 years’ experience in HR, minimum of 2 years as a senior generalist

-        Experience of managing HR programs and employee relations

  Education:

-        Preferably degree qualified

-        Excellent English, written and spoken
