Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

You will lead and responsible for ensuring the successful resourcing of external suppliers for determined programs, in accordance with the organization requirements, both in terms of quality, cost and team capacity. “Be the part of change you want to see, Your skill will help us to save cost for the organization”

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Talent engagement and retention initiatives for external resources.
  • Rates negotiations strategies
  • Support the vendor quality initiatives
  • Manage and own the full recruitment cycle for all level roles.
  • Act as consultative business partner collaborating closely with hiring managers to priorities hiring needs and build a seamless hiring process
  • Build your network with high-potential talents to ensure that the business has access to the best talent in the market, working comfortably on a global level.
  • Play a key role in employer branding and EVP (Employer Value Proposition). Organize and manage the yearly campus recruitment campaign, University events, developing good relationships with target universities to ensure cooperation.
  • Promote and lead the implementation of improvement actions resulting from vendor issues.
  • Deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on the status of all projects
  • A Data expert, Creation, analyses and follow up of cost saving plans for your territory. Analyzing expenditure data to validate and strengthen the effectiveness of our cost control strategy
  • Proactively assessing SDL’s capacity in all areas and ensuring regular collaboration with stakeholder teams to ensure the Supply Chain is actively supporting SDL’s growth
     
     
    What We Require Of You
  • Bachelor’s degree with a “Can Do Attitude”
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the translation or localization industry or any industry.
  • Proven experience as Talent Manager Or Vendor Manager.
  • Knowledge of the translation industry and a keen interest in cost saving, process, competitive landscape and emerging trends.
  • Excellent knowledge of localization industry and keeps up-to-date with market trends and relevant news
  • Effective Communication: Position will require effective communication at a management level with all members of team internally and externally to assure workflow is effective and efficient.
  • Analytical mindset, ability to create and interpret reports on vendor usage, expenditure and other variables
  • Self-directed and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
