WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Fuel Growth: Be at the forefront of RWS's expansion by managing our talent pool. Your expertise will support current projects and open doors to new opportunities, allowing us to excel in key areas and expand our service offerings.
  • Global Recruitment: Lead the charge in scouting top talent worldwide. From advertising to applicant outreach, you'll curate a team of diverse freelancers who bring their unique skills to the table.
  • Relationship Building: Networking is your forte! Represent RWS with pride at events, conferences, and through social media. Showcase our brand's exceptional value to freelancers and industry peers.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our Language Delivery teams, PMOs, and sales units to ensure our Supply Chain aligns seamlessly with RWS's growth trajectory. Your strategic insights will guide resource allocation and campaign planning.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Dive into data to assess recruitment effectiveness, vendor utilization, and expenditure patterns. Your analytical prowess will fine-tune our cost control strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Experience: You boast at least 3 years in the industry, with a knack for vendor management. Your seasoned insights drive results.
  • Communication: Your exceptional verbal and written skills make you a master in negotiations and a reliable point of contact.
  • Deadline Champion: Tight timelines don't faze you. Your proactive and systematic approach keeps projects on track.
  • Analytical Mind: Excel and Word are your playgrounds. You interpret reports with ease, optimizing vendor usage and expenditure.
  • Digital Savvy: Harness the power of the internet and social media for talent discovery and brand promotion.
  • Relationship Wizard: Your network is your superpower. Forge bonds with freelancers, institutions, and peers to amplify RWS's influence.
  • Bilingual Brilliance: Mastery of both English and Turkish (spoken and written) opens doors in our global landscape.
