Talent Manager Administrator – Internship
Are you interested in vendor management? Do you want to take the first steps in your path to become a Talent Manager? Do you want to do this while working for a global leader in the localization industry? Then our Talent Manager Administrator internship is for you! You will be working very closely together with our Talent Finding and Talent Management teams to support them in the onboarding and further engagement with translators for our global clients. This role is based in our Paris office, but you will be supporting teams and onboarding talent across various European markets.

 

Main duties:
* Manage and oversee testing and onboarding process of freelance linguists
* Negotiating rates and terms of collaboration with external vendors
* Liaising with stakeholders to full understand recruitment needs
* Supporting Talent Managers and Talent Finders in the implementation of recruitment plans
* Conveying the unique benefits of working with RWS to freelancers
* Monitoring utilization of vendors to ensure balanced usage
* Managing your time effectively

Essential requirements:
* A degree in translation or language/linguistics 
* Good written/verbal communication
* The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
* Flexibility and a can-do attitude
* Ambition and a desire to learn
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Bilingualism (English and French), written and spoken
