Are you passionate about building talent pipelines? Do you know what it takes to build a proactive attraction and engagement strategy for talent? Are you a driver of change and full of ideas? We’re looking for a talent pooling manager to drive our pooling strategy and bring it to the next level.

You'll:
• conceptualize, plan and implement an innovative strategy for attracting hard-to-reach talent to our talent CRM and keeping them engaged with us
• develop a customized, scaleable and highly effective marketing automation approach to engage with talent in various pools and at different stages
• drive and coordinate all marketing activities for pooling globally and be the superuser of our talent CRM
• make sure that our approach is compliant with any legal and risk requirements
• work with HR tech teams on sytem requirements and scaleability in the CRM tool
• liaise with senior recruiting and business stakeholders to define a content strategy for specific target audiences based on their priorities and requirements.
• create content for specific target audiences in alignment with the overall employer brand and content strategy
• measure the success of campaigns on a monthly basis and make suggestions on how we can optimize as we scale the pooling efforts.
