You will influence sourcing strategies and create and maintain relationships with candidates in a highly competitive market. You will be a critical ambassador for Intel and influence who the talent perceives our company.All this as part of an amazing fast paced team of excellent professionals.What you'll be doing:You will own finding, attracting and matching the right talent to the hiring needs.Create talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including maintain candidate databases .Partner with recruiters, lead generation team and hiring managers to define critical positions and candidate profiles.

You should be a student currently registered to or pursuing an M.B.A. or a MA degree in fields of relevant study or work experience in Hiring or Data Analyst and have the ability to work 4 working days a week.

Work experience in hiring / HR field is required, with excellent attention to details, and networking skills.

You should be a great team player, innovative and creative, comfortable to work in a fast paced, ambiguous and changing environment while showing your abilities to manage excellent relationship with candidates and partners.
