We’re looking for a Resourcer to join the Global Talent Acquisition team here at ForwardPMX. Based in our vibrant Shanghai office you will be responsible for sourcing passive candidates across APAC and EMEA through LinkedIn and other social networking sites, cold calling, complex internet searches, and research.ForwardPMX is a fast growing digital agency providing cutting-edge multilingual digital marketing for some of the world’s most prestigious brands including Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and Virgin Holidays. It’s a place where careers genuinely flourish, rather than get stifled due to lack of opportunity or resources.Your day to day tasks will include:Proactively conducting research and investigating new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, and wider internet sourcing,Acting as a search expert for a functional area(s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.Partnering with hiring managers to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process.Screening candidatesCoordinating the interview process

REQUIREMENTS

Some resourcing experience is essential for this roleDemonstrable track record of working to deadlines in challenging and fast-paced working environments.Strong PC and administrative skills (minimum intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint) with excellent organisational and time-management abilities.Strong communication skills with a confident phone mannerTeam player who is able to work well on own initiative in challenging situations. Well-organised with a proactive “can do” attitude.Must be fluent in English
