Mars Talent Acquisition team is driving the initiative of “Source for Future” – which aims to further develop team’s direct sourcing capability, realize team’s ambition as Strategic Advisor to business by proactive talent pipelining, providing market intelligence in supporting talent decision marking.

 

We are now looking to hire an experienced Talent Sourcing Expert in Guangzhou, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead.

 

This role is more than recruiting – You will cover the basics of recruiting but more importantly, networking and leveraging your technical and business knowledge to develop meaningful candidate sourcing strategies which promote various methods to source, evaluate and pipeline talents for Mars.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in recruitment sourcing and search tools (e.g. LinkedIn/ Boolean search strings, database/ network/ job board sourcing etc.), background from recruitment agency is preferred.
  • Experience of Candidate Relationship Management, including attracting and developing prospects into candidates, engaging and sustaining relationship, screening and interviewing
  • Knowledge of talent pipelines, a proactive talent supply strategy involving the creation of a continuous stream of highly qualified candidates in anticipation of filling critical or recurrent role of openings.
  • Research and analysis skills – knowledge of the FMCG industry, including key players, business and competitiveness in talent market, and ability to translate data into insight that supports business decisions. Familiarity of Sales & Marketing job functions preferred.

 

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Talent Sourcing – develop research to map our market and generate candidate leads to build the pipeline addressing immediate or future talent needs in areas of alignment supported
  • Candidate Relationship Management – attract and develop prospects into candidates, engage and sustain the relationship
  • Candidate Assessment & Screening – interact with candidates and bring them through the hiring process with necessary support to ensure exceptional candidate experience with Mars
  • Data Analysis – evaluate factors that helps improving recruitment outcome, continually contribute to the knowledge base of talent market intelligence
