KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with recruitment delivery team in sourcing candidates by utilizing different sourcing channels like direct sourcing, networking, market mapping, job boards, social media, internal referral etc.
Reach the active and high quality passive candidates in the market, build good enough talent pipeline for assigned positions and handle initial screening and assessment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain and make sure the integrity data in the Applicant Tracking System.
Recruitment logistic arrangement and coordination.
Consistently achieve sourcing metrics including productivity, customer satisfaction, speed, quality and sourcing channel.
Provide support on other TA initiatives & projects, e.g., recruitment marketing, university recruitment, etc.
Stay informed of trends and innovative sourcing techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree or above
Entry level, successful experience on candidate sourcing in a reputable agency/retainer search firm, or corporate setting is highly desirable but not critical
Hands-on and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a fast paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
