We are looking for a passionate Talent and Culture professional to join our Talent and Culture Hub team. In this exciting role you will primarily be based out of one of Brisbane’s landmark hotels, Pullman and Mercure King George Square, and support six Accor properties across Brisbane CBD and Far North Queensland.

This position is a twelve-month fixed term contract and will offer you the opportunity to work with industry professionals with a strong focus on your learning, development and career progression.

We are seeking a Full Time Talent & Culture Advisor to join our talented and experienced Talent and Culture team. This exciting role includes:

• Assisting and being exposed to all facets of the day to day operation of the T&C department across six Accor hotels.
• Coaching Heads of Departments and leaders on Talent and Culture processes and best practises. 
• Providing on-going support to team members on Talent & Culture related matters, policies & procedures.
• Actively driving & participate in engagement activities throughout the Hotels.
• Working closely & being mentored by an experienced Talent and Culture and industry professionals
