Talent & Culture Coordinator

To support the Talent & Culture office and assist with ensuring a smooth operation of the department.

• Hourly Rate Range: $26.00-$28.00 USD Gross per hour

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:             

• Answers inquiries from colleagues and applicants, referring to appropriate managers/department heads when necessary
• Fulfill the administrative functions of the department including typing, filing, distribution of mail, photocopies, fax, reports, maintaining stationary supplies, ordering and purchasing, ensuring smooth paper flow through the department and maintenance of all HR Communication Boards
• Maintain a confidential organized filing system for employee files, correspondence, policies, standards, regulations, and employment applications

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum one year of Human Resources experience, preferably within a hospitality environment
• Ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy in an environment of confidentiality
• Must be professional and have the ability to foster positive working relationships with colleagues of all levels.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish highly recommended
