We are seeking an enthusiastic Talent and Culture guru who will be working closely with the Hotel Manager to provide a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience for all new employees, backed up with effective administration. Communicating important information out to the team will be your specialty and you will deliver effective training and make it your own. Assisting with disciplinary processes – investigation, and meeting minutes inline with legislation . To keep you on your toes you will be working closely with the Head of Departments to manage the payroll system Zambion, and end to end co ordination to drive a positive culture of Health & Safety and Well Being.
Work Experience
WHS, and knowledge of NZ employment legislation.
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related preferred.
Strong administration skills with a high level of spoken and written English.
Is a keen listener and problem solver.
Experience in hotels an advantage.
