Join our Talent and Culture (HR) Shared Services team as Projects Manager for Northern Europe where you will play a pivotal role in setting-up, managing and driving HR efficiency & process improvements; helping to drive organisational digital transformation and ensuring our talents and culture strategy align to and support our evolving business strategy.

Here is a snapshot at some of the responsibilities you will hold:

  • Overview of the global CORE-HR ONE-HR project by managing local payroll data migration and implementation, managing and testing the UTAs, supporting change management and delivering training for roll out to 850+ Support Offices talents.
  • Ensure delivery of our T&C digital services solutions to the hotels (30 countries, ~ 40,000 talents) and support offices (11 countries, ~850 talents).
  • Educate and give full autonomy to all stakeholders by training, animating and supporting launches of new/current digital solutions i.e., Time & absences management Holidays tracker, Engagement, Global T&C services platform INES, etc.

Your profile? A strong experience in project management and digital exposure with experience of having worked within a similar field for a minimum of 3 years. A technical HR payroll background, training mindset and project management experience are a must!
